Multi-Purpose Sports Pavilion Construction Delivered in Six Months
Colonial delivered a multi-purpose sports pavilion for Crick Parish Council in just six months under a design and build contract. The project encompassed all groundworks, construction, mechanical and electrical systems, interior fit-out, and landscaping.
Working with limited Football Association funding and coordinating two separate client committees presented significant challenges. Our team employed value engineering to redesign the mechanical and electrical systems, identified cost savings in changing room flooring and landscaping, and redirected these savings to enhance key community area finishes. Through expert project management and effective committee coordination, we delivered a high-specification community facility on time and within budget, earning client praise for our professional management and programme delivery.
