Design and Build Residential Scheme in Warwickshire
A residential development for The Orbit Housing Group, including semi-detached and detached properties. The 52-week programme included design validation, planning condition discharge, complete groundworks and civils, services infrastructure, solar PV integration, attenuation tank installation, and full landscaping works.
The project presented significant technical and logistical complexities: an existing water main traversing the site required late-stage structural amendments to foundation design, while working within a sensitive residential area demanded careful management. Our approach centred on close coordination with Severn Trent to precisely find existing services, seamless collaboration with our site team to implement design revisions without affecting programme and sustained community liaison to minimise disruption throughout construction.
Despite these challenges, we created value through re-engineering of the drainage infrastructure, exacting quality standards and achieved on-time completion.
