New Build Drive-Thru Facility Construction at Integra 61 Durham
Colonial delivered this new build drive-thru facility at the Integra 61 commercial development in Durham. The works encompassed full construction to shell and core standard, alongside a comprehensive civils and external works package, including groundworks, external works and hard landscaping, car parking areas, dedicated drive-thru circulation, service yards, and estate roadways.
Delivery required close coordination with the wider Integra 61 development to integrate the new facility within the existing site. The finished scheme provides a purpose-built drive-thru unit with supporting access, parking, and circulation infrastructure.
