Careful Refurbishment of one of Northampton’s Oldest Homes
Full internal and external refurbishment of Hazelrigg House in Northampton, a Grade 2 listed heritage building dating to circa 1600, one of Northampton's oldest houses and one of the few that survived the Great Fire of 1675.
Specialist works included repairs to the roof, stonework, rendered gables, lath and plaster ceilings, and structural repairs to the rear gable and chimney breast. Installation of Fire improvement works to comply with Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 equipped the building for 21st Century use
