New Build Housing

4 unit apartment scheme on a site which was formerly known as ‘West House’. The original house has been incorporated into the scheme by an intrusive internal demolition phase and the addition of an extra storey. Three apartments now form the old house and the other eleven are part of the new build scheme.
The site is a prominent one in the local area.

The original cow barns and covered areas and the partial demolition of the existing buildings was undertaken before a new scheme comprising of five luxury homes was commenced.

Each of the homes created are individual in both style and layout. One mostly consists of an existing barn, which was underpinned and restored, another was a completely new home with a 110 square metre basement, cinema and modern internal fit out. The other old barn was also part of the restoration with a whole new storey and extension incorporated and the other two homes were new builds with their own design features.

Construction of two new stone built properties on site of former forge in rural Northamptonshire using traditional building methods including dry stone walling to landscaped areas.
