Technically Challenging Costa Coffee
Colonial delivered a design and build Costa Drive Thru on a technically challenging site with poor and contaminated ground conditions. The project included complete site preparation, piled foundations, steel frame construction, a 300m³ underground attenuation system, water filtration, services, and parking for 65 vehicles plus drive-thru lanes.
Despite severe ground conditions, complex drainage requirements, and tight timescales, our team collaborated with technical experts to design optimal solutions and assembled experienced personnel to manage the challenges effectively. The project was delivered on programme through seamless integration of all phases from groundworks to shop fit completion.
